Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Trainer cum Centre Manager to deliver high-quality technical training while managing the day-to-day operations of the training centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering software along with leadership, administrative, and business development skills to ensure smooth centre operations and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Academic Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Civil Engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, and related applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical sessions, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and technical support.
- Ensure quality training delivery as per company standards.
- Conduct student evaluations and maintain academic records.

Centre Management Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the training centre.
- Supervise daily administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the centre team to achieve admission, revenue, and student satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with the corporate office for academic, operational, marketing, and administrative activities.
- Handle student queries, parent interactions, and grievance resolution.




- Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, labs, systems, and infrastructure.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor attendance, fee collections, and batch scheduling.
- Support local marketing initiatives, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase admissions.
- Build relationships with colleges, industries, and local stakeholders for business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, and other Civil Engineering software.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Team handling and leadership abilities.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 25 years of experience in Civil software training, with experience in centre operations or team management preferred.
- Candidates with experience in training institutes or technical education organizations will be given preference.
