Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Quick Service Depot Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch activities
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits
- Use WMS/ERP systems to track stock and ensure FIFO compliance
- Manage returns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Ensure timely last-mile delivery and adherence to TAT
- Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups as per customer requirements
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits, training, and inspections
- Escalate and follow up on operational issues for timely resolution
