Automation Engineer (5–8 Years)
Seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and industrial automation. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and commissioning automation solutions, with solid exposure to OPC UA and Industry 4.0 integration.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement automation systems using PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, and other industrial controllers.
- Develop, debug, and optimize PLC logic for machine and process automation.
- Integrate PLC systems with SCADA/HMI platforms and ensure seamless data flow.
- Configure and develop SCADA/HMI features including dashboards, alarms, trends, and historian integration (Ignition or equivalent).




- Perform system testing, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Work on industrial communication protocols and ensure efficient connectivity between systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot OPC UA connectivity between PLCs, SCADA, MES, and enterprise applications.
- Support OT/IT integration initiatives and digital transformation projects aligned with Industry 4.0.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently drive delivery of automation solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in automation and control system design.
