Roles and Responsibility

- To lead electrical and/or mechanical maintenance operations
- Implementation of energy productive solutions, reducing electricity consumption, and environmental impact.
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and identify solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Supervision of installed equipment
- Drive automation in the plant
- Reduce cost in maintenance operations
- Ensure safety standards are followed
- Spearhead the greenfield project installations, approvals, and integration of new utilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audits
- Ensure 5S and Kaizen practices within facilities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, daily task allocation, equipment diagnostics, and performance reviews for continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets and control electrical maintenance costs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of electrical personnel.
