Job Summary:

Responsible for production planning, material availability, inventory control, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while complying with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and monitor production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables for uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve material-related constraints.
- Generate and maintain planning, inventory, and MIS reports.




- Support batch planning, capacity utilization, and dispatch planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Management within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
