Job Objective

To support the organization's financial integrity by conducting internal audits, verifying financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, identifying process gaps, and assisting in strengthening financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits as per the approved audit plan.
- Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Scrutinize Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and invoices to ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Review cash transactions, bank transactions, petty cash, and reimbursement claims.
- Perform audit checks on revenue, billing, collections, and expense transactions.
- Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, process gaps, and non-compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, financial controls,



and statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit observations, findings, and recommendations with supporting documentation.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Perform data verification and reconciliation between ERP, accounting records, and supporting documents.
- Maintain audit records, working papers, and reports in an organized manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending stronger internal controls and process enhancements.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter (Preferred)
