Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards in the engineering & construction sector.
- Develop and implement effective contract labour management strategies to meet project requirements.
- Foster positive industrial relations by resolving conflicts and negotiating agreements between employees, employers, and unions.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in statutory compliance and provide recommendations for remediation.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in contract labour management, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the engineering & construction sector.
- Proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance through regular audits and monitoring.
