About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler – MEPF with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modeling across all MEPF disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection, along with coordination using Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems.
- Create and maintain LOD 300/350/400 models as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection, coordination, and model validation using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and as-built models.
- Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and quality guidelines are consistently followed.
- Review and mentor junior BIM modelers by providing technical guidance and quality checks.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement coordination comments.




- Maintain project timelines while ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Support project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in BIM modeling for all MEPF disciplines.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Experience in preparing coordinated shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD standards, and BIM workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience working on US, UK, Middle East, or international projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Dynamo is preferred.
- Experience with project coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
