Job Summary

Join In Campus Education Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented telecaller to connect with partner recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships while providing accurate information about overseas education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for overseas education counseling.
- Explain study abroad programs, university options, and company services.
- Schedule counseling appointments for the admissions team.
- Follow up with partner recruiters and maintain regular communication.
- Update call records, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with counselors and other internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English.

They should be comfortable making outbound calls, handling inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.

The candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and possess solid interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
