Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute BIM projects with hands-on expertise in Scan to BIM workflows.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate accurate BIM models for Architecture and Structural disciplines.
- Convert point cloud data into detailed BIM models as per project requirements and standards.
- Perform BIM coordination, model reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams for seamless BIM delivery.
- Prepare BIM documentation, drawings, and model-based deliverables.
- Support BIM process improvements and mentor junior BIM engineers.

Requirements:

- Robust hands-on experience in Scan to BIM projects.
- Expertise in Architecture and Structural BIM modeling.
- Experience working on US and UK projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM tools and coordination workflows.
- Candidate should be available to work in Night Shift
