Job Purpose

It is going to be tracking the data, compiling it, preparation of reports analysis notes, that too on a daily, weekly monthly basis. Basis on this structure we would plan/change our tasks to be accomplished. These data will be very crucial to take a sales related decision, changing the strategy introducing right action plan at a right time. Apart from it, the candidate will also be responsible for Market research analysis, System formation of the mkt dept, training of SOPs, Tasks management report, Patients relations mgmt from marketing point of view, Web inquiries handling.

Essential duties and responsibilities

- Weekly DCR compilation and submission to Lead, Business Development
- Sales Mkt team Reports: Sales Mkt Report Preparation, Report Compiling, Monitoring, Report Analysis Notes
- Reports to be generated: Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Performance Report, Daily Field Calls Report, Weekly Plan Vs Achievement Report, Weekly Deviation Report, Next Action Plan
- Budget Monitoring Revenue Report
- Departmental Goal Monitoring Action Plan
- Report of competitors study updates
- Website Social media study report
- Task management report: planning, documentation, monitoring, reporting
- Monthly attendance of the team




- Coordination with doctors and patients regarding appointment
- Corporate VIP Health Check-up coordination
- Internal coordination for in-house events
- MIS (Patient data management, Business review presentation, Hinai data extraction and representation, LAMA/DAMA patient data extraction and follow up, capturing database of events and follow up).
- One-point contact for field staff for all internal needs. Inter departmental coordination
- In-house patient visit. Hospital visits of guests. Audit of IP billing of patients. Stock verification and purchase indent

Working conditions

- General shift will be applicable and it may vary based on the work.
- Working can be within or outside the hospital (as when require).
- Active participation is expected in organizing CME's
- Stretched working hours may take place
