About the Role

- Drive sales and business development for Control Print s Track & Trace, Serialization, Product Authentication, and Compliance solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, and Project teams to ensure smooth order execution, implementation, and customer onboarding.
- Support post-sales activities, customer satisfaction initiatives, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Develop expertise in Track & Trace technologies, serialization requirements, and industry regulations while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather and share market intelligence to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 1 3 years of sales experience in Coding & Marking Solutions, Industrial Printers, Packaging Machinery, Automation Products, or Track & Trace solutions.
- Experience in B2B industrial sales with strong business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing territory sales activities independently.
- Solid customer engagement and solution-selling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
