Job Title: Site Supervisor
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor painting activities at project sites.
- Manage labourers, painters, and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
- Maintain labour attendance and daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper material usage and inventory control.
- Monitor paint application quality, surface preparation, and finishing standards.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Resolve day-to-day site and workforce-related issues.
Requirements:
- Candidates from Ahmedabad Required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in site supervision.
- Experience in handling labourers and site operations.
- Basic knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
