Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
- Develop and execute the organization's operational strategy in alignment with the overall business vision and growth objectives.
- Establish short-term and long-term operational goals, budgets, and performance targets.
- Drive capacity expansion, diversification, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, current plant setups, and integration activities.
- Participate in annual business planning and strategic decision-making processes.
2. Manufacturing Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across all plants and business units.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities.
Preferred candidate profile BE with 20 - 25 yrs from Wire, Cable, Copper, Aluminium, Metal Processing, or Allied Manufacturing Industries
