Role Description: We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

- This role focuses on translating business requirements and user needs into engaging interfaces, seamless user journeys, and scalable design systems.
- The designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, accessible, and high-quality designs that enhance usability, performance, and overall customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, gather insights from usability tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to design user-centric solutions.
- Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring user flow concepts to life.
- Contribute to and help maintain a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- Produce high-quality graphic content for digital and print, including social media assets, banners, website visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all graphic designs align with our brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Design compelling visuals that tell a story, communicate key messages, and drive engagement.
- Create eye-catching designs for web, social media, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Usability & Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine UI/UX designs and ensure optimal user experience.




- Analyze and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve and iterate on designs.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a digital or web-focused environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design practices.
- Solid experience creating digital and print graphics, including social media visuals, website banners, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design projects as well as your graphic design work (digital and/or print).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
- Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset to translate business needs and user feedback into visual solutions.
- Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and work in a quick-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (for better designdeveloper collaboration)
- Experience with Design Systems and reusable UI components
- Knowledge of UX research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing)




- Familiarity with wireframing & prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision) Understanding of responsive & mobile-first design
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG basics) Ability to create micro-interactions & simple animations
- Experience with branding, typography, and color theory Knowledge of marketing creatives (social media posts, banners, ads) Exposure to Agile / Scrum workflows
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design practices Ability to interpret analytics or user feedback to improve designs
- Strong communication & presentation skills
