Job Title: CNC Programmer/Mechanical Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, India OR Remote

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday), Sunday Weekly Off

Job description :

- For Freshers:

- Create and modify 2D CAD drawings for granite countertops and architectural layouts using AutoCAD.
- Learn and assist in using AlphaCAM, MasterCAM, and SlabSmith software for layout planning and CNC programming.
- Review drawings and program files with senior programmers before client submission.

- For Experienced Candidates:

- Read, interpret, and convert complex architectural blueprints into precision CAD drawings.
- Generate, verify, and optimize toolpaths and G-Code/M-Code for multi-axis CNC machines.
- Work directly with US clients to clarify design specifications and ensure accurate project delivery.

- Qualifications & Skills :

- Mandatory:



Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related CAD/CAM field.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints/drawings and basic/advanced understanding of G-Code & CAM software (AlphaCAM, MasterCAM, SlabSmith).
- Communication: Transparent, fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Required Skills

1) Competency in Microsoft Office suite.

2) Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD

3) Must have hands on experience on MasterCAM, AlphaCAM or other similar software/applications.

4) Ability to read blueprints / drawings received from customers.

5) Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

6) Ability to interpret specification sheets from architects and designers.

7) Strong communication skills ( verbal and written )

8) Natural details orientation

9) Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work

10) Ability to meet deadline consistently.
