- Support day-to-day operations within the Global GBS UAP function by processing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and internal customers to resolve issues, respond to queries, and provide timely updates on ongoing activities and projects.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information maintained across various systems and databases.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures,



participating in process transition activities, supporting audits, and implementing best practices to maintain a controlled and efficient work setting.
- Utilize analytical tools and enterprise applications to generate insights, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
