Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Executive to manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, inventory control, and material movement within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in logistics, warehouse operations, ERP systems, and dispatch coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate receipt of materials and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure timely material supply to production as per daily requirements.
- Supervise dispatch activities, including packing, labelling, and shipment coordination.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare E-way Bills,
delivery challans, invoices, and other dispatch documents.
- Monitor logistics performance and maintain MIS reports.
- Ensure FIFO practices and maintain an organized warehouse.
Required Skills
- Experience in logistics and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Good understanding of GST documentation and E-way Bills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
