## Job Overview

Placon HR Services is hiring a Senior HR Recruiter / HR Consultant to handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, candidate follow-ups, and timely closures.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candida*e joining.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other job portals.

* Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.

* Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups.

* Share suitable profiles with clients within the required timelines.

* Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining coordination.





* Maintain candidate records, recruitment reports,and CRM updates.

* Meet monthly recruitment targets and ensure quality cand*date submissions.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth recruitment execution.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or HR services.

* Good knowledge of end-to-e*d recruitment processes.

* Solid communication, sourcing, screening and coordination skills.

* Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
