Role & responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Own the recurring HR reporting cadence (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly) for HR and business leadership.
- Automate recurring reports and continuously improve reporting efficiency.
- Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations for HR leadership.
Advanced & Predictive Analytics
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Build predictive models for attrition / flight-risk, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
- Conduct statistical analysis to surface drivers of retention, engagement, and hiring effectiveness.
- Develop scenario and what-if models to support organizational and workforce decisions.
Data Engineering & Quality
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across multiple HR data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within HR reporting environments.
Business Partnering
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Translate HR business requirements into meaningful reports, insights, and analytical solutions.
- Support HR transformation projects with analytical and reporting expertise.
Governance & Documentation
- Ensure HR data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance (including India's DPDP Act) across all reporting.
- Maintain reporting documentation, business definitions, metric logic, and analytics SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
The ideal candidate combines robust expertise in HR data, HR systems, analytics, ETL processes, and dashboard development with the ability to translate HR business requirements into meaningful reports, KPIs, predictive models, and executive dashboards while ensuring data quality, privacy, and governance.
