Job Title: Feasibility Associate

Job Summary

End-to-end feasibility activities for clinical trials with a strong focus on oncology studies. The role involves delivering high-quality, data-driven feasibility assessments, supporting business development proposals, and providing strategic inputs for study planning, site selection, and country strategy.

Professionals with a background in Clinical Research Associate (CRA) roles, including onsite monitoring experience, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility Strategy & Execution

- Lead topline and detailed feasibility assessments for oncology and other clinical studies.
- Analyze patient availability, site capabilities, and operational feasibility across regions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for site and country selection.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key liaison between Clinical Operations (CO), Business Development (BD), Medical Writing (MW), and other internal teams.
- Ensure alignment of feasibility outputs with proposal strategies and client expectations.

Database & Insights Management

- Develop and maintain feasibility databases (investigator/site intelligence, historical study data).
- Enhance feasibility questionnaires and surveys using data insights and past learnings.

Proposal & Study Planning Support

- Support bid defense and proposal development within tight timelines.
- Provide critical inputs including:




- Enrollment projections
- Study start-up timelines
- Budget assumptions
- Operational risks and mitigation strategies

Timeline & Quality Management

- Ensure adherence to feasibility timelines aligned with BD and client requirements.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality feasibility reports.
- Proactively flag risks and delays to stakeholders.

Site & Investigator Engagement

- Maintain strong relationships with investigators, oncology sites, and internal stakeholders.
- Support efficient site identification and engagement strategies.

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research
- Strong experience in oncology trials (preferred)
- CRA experience with onsite monitoring is acceptable and encouraged
- Experience in feasibility, site selection, or study start-up is an added advantage
