Role & responsibilities :-

* Identify and develop current business opportunities through field sales, networking, and market research.

* Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.

* Meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers to promote company products.

* Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits.

* Identify upcoming construction projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and projects.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





* Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and MIS updates.

* Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Field Sales.

* Experience in Building Materials, Aluminum Windows & Doors, Glass, Faade, uPVC, Hardware, Construction, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Plywood, or related industries will be preferred.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

* Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad and nearby regions.

* Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
