Role & responsibilities
- Distribution Network Development: Appointment of distributors and expansion of retail network.
- Sales Target Management: Meet and exceed sales targets in your region.
- Market Visits: Regularly visit wholesalers, distributors, and dealers to promote the products and foster strong relationships.
- Product Promotion: Drive the introduction of recent products and seasonal promotions.
- Team Leadership: Develop and Lead team of 4-5 sales officers.
- Order Management: Ensure orders are recorded and communicated promptly to the sales office.
Preferred candidate profile
