Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience working as business analyst in IT service-based company
- Ability to write effective user manuals, product documentation, BRD, FRD, SRS and RTM
- Robust knowledge of software development life cycle
- Ability to handle user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Knowledge in SQL queries and data reports
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to improve requirement analysis, documentation, and research
- Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Miro, or similar)
- Ability to research third party products that can improve project deliverability is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus
