Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.

- Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local database sourcing to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations

- Coordinate and align interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospective candidates to ensure high offer-acceptance rates and smooth onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition ( Non-IT, or Volume hiring).

• Hands-on experience using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and standard applicant tracking tools.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple open mandates in a rapid-paced environment.

• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, or Surat will be preferred.
