Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for laboratory equipment, medical devices, pharma machinery, packaging machines, testing instruments, and analytical instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions that drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales executive role in the field of laboratory equipment/medical devices/pharma machinery/packaging machines/testing instruments/analytical instruments.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to laboratory equipment/medical devices/pharma machinery/packaging machines/testing instruments/analytical instruments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
