Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee and manage on-site activities related to DG Sets, Panels, Electrical Installations, and Foundation Work . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, vendor coordination, and managing day-to-day project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial planning to site implementation and final handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Supervise on-site installation of DG Sets, panels, electrical cabling, and mechanical systems as per project specifications.
- Design, program, and oversee SCADA systems for automation and monitoring of plant operations.
- Manage erection, installation, and commissioning of plant equipment and utility systems.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications and ensure execution is in line with design requirements.
- Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors,



and labor teams to maintain site efficiency and resolve issues.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and ensure timely updates to project management.
- Support inspection, testing, and validation activities during and after installation.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-6 years in handling site operations preferably in power/electrical/mechanical installation projects.
- Valuable understanding of DG Set installation, panel wiring, and basic civil/foundation requirements.
- Capable of independently managing site teams and vendor personnel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
