Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, proposal creation, and revenue growth. The role requires strong expertise in online bidding platforms and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and client communication strategies.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client interactions, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development within an IT services organization.
- Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, digital marketing, gaming, and branding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in proposal writing and email marketing campaigns.
- Leadership abilities and experience in handling a sales team (added advantage).
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
