Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to bridge business needs and engineering teams by translating product vision into actionable user stories. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful sprint execution and high-quality product delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize the product backlog and define feature priorities.
- Convert business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the sprint to clarify requirements and remove ambiguities.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of user stories.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.




- Maintain product documentation using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

Required Skills

- 45 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile product role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
