Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the agency
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Draft job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process for new employees




- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations and help maintain a positive workplace culture
