Job Title - Senior NetSuite Systems Architect

Location: Ahmedabad

The Role

The Client is seeking a Senior NetSuite Systems Architect to own the technical architecture, platform standards, and long-term scalability of our NetSuite ecosystem. This role will be the technical north star” for how we design, build, deploy, and operate NetSuite—driving best practices, standardization, and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and order-to-cash processes.

You will partner closely with Business Applications, Accounting, Finance, Sales Operations, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure our NetSuite platform is secure, well-governed, and built for continued growth and scalability—especially across NetSuite MRP, NSAW, and Celigo-based integrations—while also driving best practices for backup and restore disaster recovery planning and implementing CI/CD for NetSuite script version control and deployment.

What You’ll Do

- NetSuite Architecture & Governance

– Define and enforce NetSuite standards: configuration patterns, customizations, naming conventions, roles/permissions, environments, bundle upgrades, and change management.

– Drive platform simplification: reduce technical debt, limit unnecessary customization, and increase maintainability.

– Own architectural decisioning for native vs custom vs SuiteApp approaches.

- Manufacturing & Planning (MRP)

– Lead support and optimization of NetSuite MRP capabilities (items, BOMs, routings, supply/demand planning, work orders, planning parameters).

– Partner with Operations to improve planning accuracy, performance, and adoption.

- Analytics (NSAW)

– Establish best practices for NSAW usage, KPI definitions, data modeling, and semantic consistency.

– Ensure analytics outputs are trusted, repeatable, and aligned to business definitions.

- Integrations (Celigo)

– Design and govern integration patterns using Celigo: mapping standards, error handling, retries, monitoring, alerting,



and data stewardship.

– Improve integration reliability and observability across connected systems.

- Deployment Excellence (CI/CD)

– Implement and mature CI/CD for NetSuite script deployments (e.g., SuiteScript/SDF), including source control, branching strategy, automated checks, and environment promotion.

– Establish release processes that reduce risk and increase delivery speed.

- Backup/Restore & Operational Resilience

– Own backup/restore tooling strategy, validation, and runbooks.

– Ensure recovery processes are tested and operationally ready.

- Leadership & Enablement

– Mentor NetSuite admins/developers and set reusable patterns.

– Lead technical design reviews and provide clear documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive NetSuite experience with architect-level ownership of platform design and governance.
- Deep experience with NetSuite MRP in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
- Strong experience with NSAW (analytics enablement, modeling, KPI governance).
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite via Celigo (or comparable iPaaS) with enterprise-grade reliability patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript and NetSuite extensibility (workflows, scripts, integrations, SuiteCloud tooling).
- Demonstrated success driving best practices to standardize and optimize NetSuite across teams.
- Experience with backup/restore applications and implementing restore testing and runbooks.
- Experience designing/implementing CI/CD for NetSuite script deployment (SDF preferred).

Nice to Have

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).
- Experience operating in controlled change management environments (approvals, environment separation, audit readiness).
- Experience with multi-subsidiary / multi-country implementations.
- Experience supporting integrations across 3PL/WMS, eCommerce, EDI, and adjacent finance/operations/manufacturing systems (e.g., OMS, billing/tax, TMS, MES, planning tools).
