Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
- Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-Time IT requirements
- Handle state, federal, and public sector client requirements
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa status, and experience
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Work on VMS/MSP portals like Fieldglass, VectorVMS, and PeopleFluent
- Understand US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099
- Handle different visa types like H1B, GC, TN, EAD, and US Citizens
- Maintain candidate pipeline and regular follow-ups
- Negotiate salary/rates and close positions within timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance for government hiring.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience working with government/state/federal clients
- Good understanding of technical IT roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
- Experience using ATS tools like CEIPAL
- Knowledge of VMS/MSP process
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree preferred (If you have)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with government or public sector clients
