About the role: Tech Initiator is a New York-based digital agency operating from Ahmedabad, building web and mobile applications for clients across industries. We are an AI-first team looking for a full-stack developer who can own web and mobile development end-to-end across client projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain web applications using Python and Vue.js
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
- Work with AWS infrastructure and RDS databases
- Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) daily to accelerate development
- Handle deployments, server management, and basic DevOps
- Collaborate with operations lead on client delivery

Requirements:

- 4+ years full stack experience across Python, Vue.js, and Flutter
- Hands-on experience with AWS and RDS in production
- Comfortable using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code
- Self-motivated, fast learner, in office in Ahmedabad
