Were looking for a dynamic, meticulously organised people-person with 35 years of experience in the visual arts to lead exhibitor delivery for IAF EDI+IONS Ahmedabad.

- Act as IAFs Project Manager for the exhibition, owning exhibitor delivery pre-event and onsite
- Liaise with galleries and design studios on art content, booth design, VIP guests, comms inputs, and all operational matters
- Coordinate with official booth fabricators, fine-art handling partners, and logistics vendors
- Work with the Exhibitor Relations team on participation elements
- Partner with External Relations and VIP teams to deliver onsite programmingtalks, performances, walkthroughs, tours
- Work with Partnerships on branding, banner placement, and onsite FB partners
- Lead a small team of assistants and interns for onsite execution, keeping communication flowing across teams
- Robust command of Excel and Google Sheets, excellent written and verbal English, and fluency in at least one other Indian language.
