We are hiring Executive Auto claims for Ahmedabad location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle claim intimation, registration, and documentation.
- Verify policy coverage and assess claim admissibility.
- Coordinate with surveyors and workshops for vehicle inspection.
- Review repair estimates and validate technical accuracy.
- Negotiate with garages to control repair costs.
- Scrutinize claim documents and identify discrepancies/fraud signals.
- Process claims and prepare settlement notes within TAT.
- Provide claim updates and support to customers.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal processes.
- Maintain MIS reports and track claim progress.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
