About the Internship

This internship is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in field sales and financial services. The program offers structured training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales role based on performance.

Role: Intern Sales Trainee Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Meet prospective customers and explain product features.
- Conduct field visits and build customer relationships.
- Assist customers with documentation and the loan application process.
- Achieve assigned business targets as per the internship phase.
- Coordinate with branch and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility:

- Graduates in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3-6 months of sales experience.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.

Performance Journey:

- 7th Month Onwards: Salary revision based on performance (as per company policy) and independent business targets.

Stipend: 14,000 per month
