We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented sales qualified to drive Shrimp Feed sales across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shrimp feed sales, possess a strong network within the aquaculture industry, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Shrimp Feed in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shrimp farmers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct farm visits to provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer service.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–8 years in Shrimp Feed Sales (mandatory).
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Strong knowledge of the aquaculture industry and shrimp farming practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel extensively across West Bengal.
