Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases for large-scale enterprise applications using Exadata, OEM, and other technologies.
- Lead a team of DBAs to ensure high availability, performance, and security of production databases.
- Develop and execute database migration plans from on-premise to cloud environments (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable data models and optimize database performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration with expertise in RAC, Dataguard, and Performance Tuning.
- Robust understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and migration processes.
- Experience leading a team of DBAs or similar technical roles; ability to mentor junior staff members.
- Proven track record of implementing robust database security measures.
