We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.




- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
