- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status in the company's Management Information Systems (MIS).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
