- Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Job Requirements

- Regular MBA/PG with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 (T1) or Tier 2 (T2) institute.

- Possess solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity is essential.
