Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day web development activities and manage a team of developers.
- Coordinate project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality web applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Requirements

- Solid expertise in Back-End Web Development and building robust Web Applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and full-stack Web Development practices.
- Solid understanding of general software development principles.




- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in web development.

Preferred

- Experience handling and delivering multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with managing large teams and complex project lifecycles.
- Salary will be aligned with current industry standards.
