Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – International Logistics to oversee and optimize end-to-end international logistics operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in global freight management, supply chain coordination, shipment planning, and vendor management while ensuring cost efficiency and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and international customers.
- Plan and book international shipments by selecting the most cost-effective and efficient logistics routes.
- Manage Ocean Freight, Trucking, and Drayage operations.
- Monitor inventory, warehouse activities, transportation, and overall logistics processes.
- Track shipments from origin to destination and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Handle shipment documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Monitor shipment costs and maintain logistics financial records.
- Analyze logistics performance using reports and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities.




- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor logistics team members by providing guidance, coaching, and training.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure smooth export/import documentation where applicable.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of International Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on experience in Ocean Freight, Trucking, Drayage Operations, and Freight Booking.
- Knowledge of the AES (Automated Export System) is highly preferred.
- Experience with logistics, warehouse, and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple international shipments simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in International Logistics, Export Operations, or Global Supply Chain.
- Experience working with export-oriented organizations or multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Self-driven professional with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
