Role & responsibilities
Training and Quality Team leader is responsible for overall T&Q; deliveries for the Agents ( Voice Process Agents ) . He should overview training and Quality Team .
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should handled Trainer and Quality team.
Should be responsible for Training recent Batches , Maintaning and training OJT batches , High through put for every batches
Also responsible for Maintaining quality Parameter for the all Agents on the floor through Quality Team
