Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer – Packing to oversee the operation and maintenance of fully automated bottle and pouch packing lines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth production with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of fully automated bottle and pouch production lines to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automatic bottle and pouch filling lines, including robotic systems.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns.

Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory for packing line equipment.

Operate and maintain Pick & Place systems, Palletizing Machines, Rotary Blowing Machines, and Labeling Machines.





Troubleshoot and maintain automated 200 BPM bottle production lines and automated pouch production lines.

Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and company operating procedures.

Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of automated packing and filling line operations.

Hands-on experience with robotic systems and industrial automation.

Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance of packing machinery.

Positive understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience: 6–7 years of relevant experience in automated bottle and pouch packing lines.

Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
