CA Intern / Accounts Executive

Location: Kolkata

Eligibility:

- CA Inter / CA Articleship candidates
- M.Com Graduates
- Candidates who have completed ICWA / Cost Accounting are also eligible to apply.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Must Have Experience in the following:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
- Maintain ledgers and reconcile financial records.
- Prepare and generate GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory challans.
- Process expenses as per the approved authorization matrix.
- Handle procurement of office and operational items through effective negotiation.
- Manage billing activities and follow up on payment collections.
- Coordinate with and handle internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Assist in financial reporting and other accounting-related tasks.
