Hiring for Site Acquisition profile - Off roll

Role & responsibilities: -

- Responsible for site acquisition (Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria)
- Responsible for coordination with site owner, Government Agencies
- Negotiating lease contracts. (Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunication Installations)
- Responsible for site permission application (MC) document.
- Finalize the site acquisition and make sure reach the target.
- Interface with the customer & subcontractor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with




- Can handle tight deadlines and high volume of projects.
- Distance education will not be entertained
- Must have experience in sales
- Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA
- Qualification: Graduate (Full Time)
- Experience 2-5 Year
- Must have two wheeler & licence.
- Locations : Darjeeling, Siliguri, Kalimpong, Gangtok , Haldia, Chandannagar, Sreerampore , Barrackpur, Liluah, Agarpara, Shyamnagar, Barasat, Barrabazar, Salt Lake.
