Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- • Monitor order fulfillment SLAs for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other D2C channels.
- • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. • Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve operational efficiency.
- • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, and productivity.
- • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- • Drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
