We are looking for an experienced Retired Bank Officer (Scale II and Above) to lead our Wood Street Branch in Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria

- Retired Officer from a Scheduled Commercial Bank, Private Bank, Regional Rural Bank, or Cooperative Bank.
- Minimum Scale II Officer or above (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in branch operations, customer relationship management, business development, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and digital banking applications.
- Age preferably up to 62 years (flexible for deserving candidates).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complete branch operations.
- Drive branch business growth and achieve monthly business targets.
- Guide and mentor the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure smooth customer handling, gold buying process, documentation, and compliance.




- Develop local business through networking, references, and relationship building.
- Monitor branch productivity, conversion ratios, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with local institutions, business communities, and customers.
- Ensure daily reporting and branch performance monitoring.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards.

- Proven leadership experience in managing bank branches.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and customer acquisition.
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve business goals.
- High integrity, discipline, and decision-making ability.
