Role Objective

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused individual to manage First Mile pickups and Last Mile deliveries within the Supply Chain Logistics function. The role involves coordinating with vendors, transport partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment movement, timely deliveries, SLA adherence, and superior customer experience. The individual will play a key role in driving logistics efficiency, minimizing operational exceptions, and improving overall fulfillment performance.

Role Responsibilities

Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure all orders are closed within promised timelines.

Track usage, support fulfillment, invoicing, and measure OTIF, GRN collection.

Manage Supplier Pick-Up Plans and ensure Pick-Up SLAs are met.

Drive delivery plans based on internal KPIs to achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall OTIF.

Handle product, fulfillment,



or process-related queries from customers on the platform.

Coordinate end-to-end order status tracking from Supplier Pickups to Delivery (Order Life Cycle).

Produce regular status and quarterly activity reports for Moglix leadership.

Manage support issues and escalations for Moglix customers on call, Mails and through Customer visits.

Sales, Account Management & Supply-chainteams To ensure order fulfillment & Customer NPS

Customers / Suppliers On time delivery performance improvement - To ensure order fulfillment

Work Experience

1+ years of experience in supply operations, vendor management, order fulfillment, or logistics in B2B, industrial, or e-commerce

sectors.

Knowledge/ Skills

Experience in vendor management.

Robust experience in vendor and supplier management

High level of ownership and accountability

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Education

Any Graduate
